Provider of the platform is the: Dot.news Financial Media Ltd, Flat 285 - 61 Praed Street, London W21NS, United Kingdom.
2. Subject of the terms of use
2.1 The following terms of use govern the content of the user agreement between Dot.news Financial Media Ltd. (hereinafter "Dot.news") and the registered and unregistered users of the financial news portal. 2.2 Separate terms and conditions of Dot.news Financial Media Ltd. apply to the conclusion of contracts with Dot.news´ advertising partners who use the advertising material on Juniorstocks.com as well as to the information and content of third parties (editors, agencies, etc.). 2.3 The collection and use of personal data of users of the portal is dealt with separately in the data protection declaration.
3. Type and scope of the services
3.1 The financial news portal Juniorstocks.com is an information platform for every user of the website for analyses, news, facts, opinions and background information on questions concerning the stock exchange, shares, investments and the economy. Registered users also receive additional functions. 3.2 All information on the financial news portal is only intended for persons who have their permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany. The information is not intended for recipients in other jurisdictions, in particular not for US citizens, citizens of Great Britain, Australia or Canada. 3.3 The majority of the information on the financial news portal is so-called third-party content for Dot.news, which is fed in by third party information providers (agencies, editors, etc.) and by the users themselves. Dot.news does not adopt this third-party content as its own, but merely provides access to it. All content created by Dot.news itself or which falls under the editorial responsibility of Dot.news is marked accordingly. The content provided includes, but is not limited to, stock market and economic information, presentations, results, comments, quotes, valuations, financial figures, indices, email messages, prices, news, market data, discussions, articles and messages on all parts of the portal, including the Mobile Messenger offerings. 3.4 All content displayed on the financial news portal is for information purposes only and in no way replaces investment advice tailored to individual requirements. The information does not constitute recommendations to buy or sell financial instruments, nor is it in any way to be understood as an assurance of possible price developments. Mistakes in the form of spelling mistakes and incorrect course details are expressly possible. 3.6 Dot.news only provides the communication and information platform with the functions offered and grants access to users. There is no entitlement to the provision of certain functions or to accessibility. Dot.news reserves the right to make changes to content and functionality at any time. 3.7 Due to maintenance work, the accessibility of the contents of the financial news portal may be impaired. For this reason, necessary maintenance work and measures will, as far as possible, be carried out outside the main hours of use and will be announced in advance. 4. Trust in information provided

Clearly, the content provided is not a recommendation to buy or sell, an assurance of performance or investment advice from Dot.news. Before making any investment decision, the user should seek investment advice from a specialist provider.
5. Insider trading
5.1 Dot.news or Dot.news' affiliates may hold interests and shares in companies whose securities are the subject of content on the Financial News Portal here. Similarly, employees and/or officers may have interests or positions in companies, investments or securities covered by content on the Financial News Portal. However, Dot.news prohibits any employee from making investment decisions based on unpublished information and reports obtained through their employment with Dot.news until such information has been published.
6. Contract conclusion
6.1 Users conclude a user agreement with Dot.news by visiting the Juniorstocks.com platform. 6.2 The conclusion of this user agreement is free of charge for the users. Registered users receive further functions. 6.3 The registration of a user is only permitted for users of full age. Underage users may not register on the Site. There is no entitlement to access, use and/or registration to certain information. 6.4 A user registration is made by providing a user name, a valid email address and a password. After entering these access data, the respective user will receive an activation link by email to activate this access. After confirming the link, the activation is completed. Afterwards the now registered user has the possibility to log in with his username and password. There is an access area for the user (My Account), where the user can use various functions. Under the category "My Settings" the user can also enter his personal data, edit his profile and cancel his membership. The registered email address can be changed at any time, the user name cannot be changed. All information under "My Account" is voluntary. Depending on the settings made by the user with regard to the visibility of his profile, other users can view the user's data. 6.5 During registration, Dot.news does not require any personal identification of the User, which allows anonymous use of the financial news portal. Dot.news cannot therefore guarantee that a registered user is the person the profile owner claims to be. 6.6 The User is obliged to choose his password in such a way that it cannot be easily guessed and multiple passwords cannot be determined by trial and error. The user is also obliged to keep his password secret and not to allow unauthorized persons access to it. Under no circumstances will Dot.news disclose the password to any third party, nor will Dot.news contact the User to ask for his password. Only the user name will be published on the financial news portal for communication purposes. 6.7 Multi-ride registration by one User is not permitted. Neither the user contract nor the user name is transferable or assignable. 6.8 Only registered users may participate in discussion forums and the message board or call up their own discussion there. Subscribing to comments or message sources is also only permitted for registered users. Only registered users may create portfolios and watch lists or otherwise follow our expert comments. 6.9 Registered users can log in under "Login" with user name and password.
7. Rights of use
7.1 By posting information or content, the user of the Dot.news financial news portal transfers to Dot.news a perpetual, unconditional, transferable and royalty-free non-exclusive right to use the respective content and information. This applies in particular with regard to the storage of the content on the server of the service provider as well as its publication and making available, as well as processing and duplication, insofar as this is necessary for the publication of the respective information and content. 7.2 Dot.news' right to use the content described in 7.1. also applies beyond the duration of the usage agreement. The User may only demand the deletion of the information and content provided by him if there is good cause for this. 7.3 Dot.news reserves the right to delete discussion contributions from Users. Users themselves can delete their own comments using the buttons next to the respective discussion contributions.
8. Board rules
8.1 Dot.news is keen to ensure that the discussions and contributions from users on the financial news portal are friendly. Above all, the free exchange of opinions and mutual consideration as well as a well-mannered approach is extremely important to us. Users should therefore communicate with each other in a factual and respectful manner and in an appropriate language. 8.2 Users may therefore only post such content (text, graphics, sound) in our discussion forums for which they have the necessary publication rights. 8.3 The following content, actions and conduct are prohibited: 8.3.1 Any content that violates the rights of third parties or legal regulations (StGB, Securities Trading Act or Consumer Protection). 8.3.2. defamatory criticism, unsubstantiated and price-sensitive factual claims, slander, statements damaging to reputation or business, defamation with regard to third parties and any kind of insult. 8.3.3. coercion, personal attacks, inhuman comments, bullying and threats against third parties. 8.3.4. all types of insider trading in accordance with §14 of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) and any market price and price manipulation in accordance with §20a of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), as well as market manipulation in accordance with the Market Manipulation Concretisation Ordinance (Marktmanipulations-Konkretisierungsverordnung). 8.3.5. betrayal of business and trade secrets in accordance with §17 of the law against unfair competition. 8.3.6. contents glorifying violence, as well as contents that are suitable to promote or glorify hatred, violence and sedition, as well as contents that are harmful to young people. 8.3.7. any kind of swear words as well as conspicuous and derogatory vulgar language. This also includes any kind of quotations. 8.3.8. contributions with copies of editorial content from other media, as well as the complete general optical highlighting of own contributions. In addition, contributions in foreign languages, which were not written in German or English. 8.3.9. the disclosure of personal and confidential data and information, and of identities. Furthermore, the making public of communication and email traffic with the moderator. 8.3.10. Prohibited are also advertising contributions, advertising e-mails, spam, junk mail, chain letters or other types of similar content of an advertising and commercial nature, as well as the abuse of the platform by an excessive load, also in other ways. 8.3.11. All content that may jeopardise the availability, confidentiality, stability and integrity of the financial news portal. 8.3.12. Any advertising without the consent of Dot.news, and the use of contact details and user addresses available on the Financial Messaging Platform for any purpose other than that permitted to Dot.news in these Terms of Use. This includes the use of such data for a class action lawsuit. 8.3.13. The use of multiple User identities, either simultaneously or after logout of another User Name. However, reactivation of an older User Profile immediately after logout is possible and even desirable as long as there are no further violations of these Terms of Use. 8.3.14. All types of circular e-mails to moderators, as well as public discussions about actions taken by the moderator or by Dot.news. 8.3.15. The total or partial modification, presentation, editing, translation, exhibition, reproduction, processing or publication of any content on Juniorstocks.com. This does not affect the associated applicable rights with regard to reproduction for personal and other private use in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Act. 8.3.16. Changing or removing copyright notices, other marks, protection notices or logos. 8.3.17. The avatars used by users must not be racist, glorify violence or be offensive. 8.3.18. It is also not allowed to post content or contributions that have nothing to do with the respective topic of the discussion threads. 8.4. the decisions of the moderators must be respected and the instructions of the moderators must always be followed. 8.5 It is not allowed to quote contributions or articles completely. Texts may only be quoted directly in extracts, i.e. up to a maximum of four sentences. In the case of indirect quotations or statements of fact, references must be given. If the sources are digital, a URL link to the respective article must be included. All analogous sources such as books must be provided with the following information: author's name, title of the book, year of publication, publisher, page number of the citation. In case of newspaper articles, the name of the author, title of the article, name of the newspaper, date, and page number of the citation must be added. If pictures are included in the article, the source of the respective picture must also be named. 8.6 If there are any questions or complaints regarding the moderation or the discussion forum, please contact the Juniorstocks.com team via the contact form linked in the footer.
9. Liability of the authors for information
9.1 The authors of the information and content provided on the financial news platform are themselves fully responsible for this, including the accuracy of the content. This applies to third party information providers such as editors and agencies, but also to the users of the portal. If there are any doubts, the author is obliged to check the contents before posting them, to ensure that they do not violate the rights of third parties worldwide (trademark rights, name and personal rights, copyrights, ancillary copyrights, data and youth protection rights), legal regulations or good sittern. 9.2 Dot.news is in no way obliged to check the legality of third party content and information. If Dot.news is notified of any unlawful activity or information, Dot.news will take immediate action to remove or disable access to such content and stop such activity.
10. Objections to contributions
10.1 If users believe that a discussion posting within the user community violates any laws, users have the option to report this to Dot.news using the contact form on the website. The report should contain both a justification and identify the contribution in question, e.g. by quoting the contribution number. Contributions to the discussion can also be reported using the report function within the respective contribution. 10.2 Dot.news is not obliged to handle complaints or resolve disputes between users.
11. User sanctions
11.1 If Users of the Financial News Portal commit or have committed any legal or regulatory violations, or disrupt the operation of the Financial News Portal in any way, Dot.news may issue a warning to such User, block individual information and content, delete individual information and content, temporarily suspend the User or exclude the User from further use of the Platform by terminating the User Agreement. 11.2 In order to select the appropriate action, Dot.news will, with regard to the operation of the financial messaging platform, weigh its own liability risk and the legitimate interests of possible claimants and the User (e.g. fault, degree of breach of duty, risks or the User's position). 11.3 Should it be necessary to rectify the fault, Dot.news can take action not only against the responsible user but also against third parties involved. Dot.news is also not obliged to reverse such deletions and measures. 11.4 If a user has been banned or excluded from the platform by Dot.news, the user is not allowed to continue to use the platform under a new profile or username or to register again. 11.5 If the User concerned is able to deposit sufficient security for the damages and costs caused by him or her or if the risk of breach of duty has been eliminated, Dot.news has the option to cancel or refrain from taking or reversing any measures previously taken. However, such measures do not affect Dot.news' further claims against the User.
12. Moderation
12.1 Users may be authorised by Dot.news to act as moderators to support the community and the financial news portal and to improve communication. These moderators are volunteers and are not employees or agents of Dot.news.
13. Rating system
13.1 In order to improve the quality of the portal and to prevent abuse, Dot.news maintains a rating system on the site. 13.2 Users are permitted to post reviews as long as they serve the purpose of the review system and are truthful and relate to the specific subject matter of the review. Any ratings must be based on sufficient factual information and may not insult other users or violate their honour or rights. Users are not allowed to rate themselves or have third parties rate themselves.
14. Processing of personal data by the user
14.1 Users may be responsible for the processing of personal data themselves in the context of their discussion and board contributions in the event of processing of personal data in accordance with Article 4 (7) of the Basic Data Protection Regulation. The respective user must then take responsibility for the data processing himself/herself and Dot.news is not responsible in this case. The User should therefore not include personal data, especially confidential data, in his discussion contributions.
15. Monitoring
15.1 Use activity may be monitored by Dot.news to the extent permitted by law. This includes, but is not limited to, logging and analysing IP connection data where there is a concrete suspicion of a breach of the Terms of Use and/or where there is a concrete suspicion of the existence of any other illegal activity or offence.
16. Term of contract and termination
16.1 The user agreement established between the user and Dot.news is concluded for an indefinite period. 16.2 The User may terminate his membership of the Financial News Portal at any time and remove his registration by deleting his profile in the Member Area. Alternatively, the User may also terminate his membership in writing by sending an informal letter to the address of Dot.news given in the Legal Notice so that Dot.news can then terminate his membership manually. The written notice of termination will be checked by Dot.news for authenticity. 16.3 Dot.news itself may terminate a user's membership and registration at any time without giving reasons by email and delete the user's profile within 5 days.
17. Release
17.1 Dot.news is released by the User from any claims that third parties may make against Dot.news, unless the User is not responsible for the infringement. This refers in particular to the posting of discussions, ratings and contributions in violation of the contract and the law. The costs of legal defence incurred by Dot.news and in particular lawyers' fees are also to be reimbursed, insofar as this is reasonable.
18. Limitations of liability
18.1 The following provisions regarding Dot.news' limitation of liability apply to all claims for damages and liability regardless of the legal basis (e.g. impossibility, impediment to performance, delay, breach of duty, tort, etc.). ), except for the claims and rights of the User for damages resulting from injury to body, health and life, in the event of fraudulent concealment of defects by Dot.news, or due to the absence of a quality for which Dot.news has provided a guarantee and which are based on intentional and/or grossly negligent conduct by Dot.news itself, its vicarious agents or legal representatives in accordance with the Product Liability Act. 18.2 For the above exceptions, the statutory provisions alone shall apply. In all other cases, Dot.news' liability for slight and/or ordinary negligence is excluded.
19. Changes to the terms of use
19.1 Dot.news reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and with effect from time to time, including during the term of this Agreement. Dot.news must notify the User of such changes at least 15 calendar days before the announced effective date of the changes. If the User does not object within these 15 calendar days from receipt of the notification and if the User continues to use the services of Dot.news, the changes will be deemed to have been agreed to be effective from the expiry of the period. Should the user object to the changes, the user contract will be continued under the previous conditions, but can be terminated by Merida according to §16. When sending notification of the pending changes, Dot.news will inform the User of the right of objection and this fact.
20. Choice of law
20.1 The usage agreement concluded between the user and Dot.news is subject to German law. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
